Temporary Road Closures in the vicinity of Castlebar for Traffic Management associated with the West of Ireland Mini Marathon.

Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Mayo County Council in association with Castlebar Town Council to close the following roads as part of traffic management for the above event on Sunday 7th May 2012.

• The Mall 9.30am to 4pm
• Ellison Street 11.30am to 3pm
• Lower Spencer St 10.30am to 12.30am
• Duke St 12 Noon to 1pm
• Newport Rd to Pound Rd 12 Noon to 1pm
• Pound Rd 12 Noon to 1pm
• Gallows Hill 12 Noon to 1pm
• Lower Chapel Street/Newline 12 Noon to1pm
• Davitts Terrace 12 Noon to 1pm
• Pontoon Rd to Ballinacarriga 12 Noon to 2pm
• Ballinacarriga to Ballynew 12 Noon to 2pm
• Ballynew / Turlough Rd 12 Noon to 2.30pm
• Staball Hill / Thomas St 12.15 pm to 2.30pm
• Rush Street 12.15 pm to 2.30pm
• Bridge St. 12.15pm to 2.30pm
• Main Street 12.15 pm to 2.30pm

Temporary local diversions and alternative routes will be in place and signposted.
