2012 Race Preparation

Preparing for May 6th 2012.

It is important to prepare well for the walk/run.

It is recommended that participants train in the lead up to the event. We will include a 12-14 week Training Schedule for this purpose in January/February. Other topics such as stretching, food intake, water intake etc will be added to this page.

in the meantime why not check out local walking clubs throughout the county and/ or local walking/running clubs such as fit4life meet and train groups in Ballyhaunis, Ballina, Ballinrobe, Breaffy, Claremorris, Swinford and Westport.
